This was already the 11<sup>th<\/sup> network meeting, hosted this time by Omega Communication.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The main topics of this year\u2019s international discussions were: Employee Advocacy Programs \u2013 how to effectively make the employees part of company communication, how to build effective and safe processes inside organisations and how to motivate the sales departments to participate in such projects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The participants have also discussed the trends in public relations and communication \u2013 the changing media landscape, increasing role of automation and technologies that impact the entire industry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The two-day meeting was also an opportunity for sharing best practices on agency management \u2013 a significant part of the time was spent on effective employee training, particularly of fresh employees, as well as gamification as a building block of company culture and employee commitment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">WIN PR Group<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Established in 1999, the WIN PR Group offers technology businesses\u00a0global reach through a partnership of like-minded, owner-managed agencies based across the globe.
