We had the pleasure of supporting Bayer in the organisation of a media briefing entitled “Women’s Superpowers: Professional Strength at Every Stage of Life. An Expert Debate on Women’s Health and Career Aspirations”, as well as its continuation on Polish Radio Channel Three (Trójka) during the live programme “Klub Trójki”.

During the debate held on 14 October at the company’s Warsaw headquarters, experts representing the medical and business communities agreed that women’s career development prospects should always be considered in conjunction with their health. They also emphasised the need to create work environments that respect and support the needs of female employees. Representatives of Digital Hubs I Bayer – a unit developing innovative digital solutions in medicine, pharmaceuticals and agriculture – shared best practices, including the introduction of flexible working hours, mentoring and reskilling programmes, as well as workshops focused on prevention and wellbeing. Today, female employees are eager to engage in initiatives that support their career development in the technology sector.

The discussion was continued later that same day on Polish Radio Channel Three during the one-hour live programme “Klub Trójki”, with active participation from listeners.

Omega Communication was responsible for media relations, ensuring that the voices of experts and the good practices implemented by Bayer reached a broad audience.
